Write deployment script for latest codebase from GitHub master branch

Some form of deployment script (bash, python, php - whatever!) that deploys (on demand or automagically on commit?) the most recent codebase from the GitHub master branch onto Skunkworks.
For extra brownie points, it should also integrate with Lighthouse's Beacons to update the feed here, integrate with Twitter, and email.
