  /etc/lighttpd/lighttpd.conf has been modified to load mod_redirect and the following socket configuration:

  $SERVER["socket"] == ":80" {
    $HTTP["host"] =~ "(.*)" {
      url.redirect = ( "^/(.*)" => "https://%1/$1" )
    }
