Install latest stable package of PHP5 onto Skunkworks via apt-get

Set up PHP by using
apt-get install php5The php5 metapackage pulls a whole load of seemingly unnecessary packages like python2.5(?!). Might be worth reviewing this before deployment on our production hardware, but this should do us in the meantime to keep things simple.
